Heat Therapy For Restless Leg Syndrome

Restless leg syndrome (RLS) causes an irresistible urge to move the legs. The syndrome usually strikes at night, causing sleeplessness or during the day when sitting for long periods.

For some sufferers it feels like there is something crawling on the legs, others feel pulling, throbbing or itching sensations.

One of the best ways to relieve the symptoms RLS is to move. However, as it is very common for RLS to occur at night or when sitting for long periods of time, try switching from cold to hot to help relieve RLS symptoms.

Simply warm up your Hottie(s) and place on your thighs. Some customers say they find it helpful to wrap one Hottie around each ankle, using a pair of thick, wooly socks to anchor each Hottie in place.

There are many other ways to help reduce RLS symptoms and, as with all medical conditions, we recommend seeking the advice of your medical professional.
