Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes

Ehlers-Danlos syndromes (EDS) are a group of genetic connective tissue disorders which cause the body's connective tissue to be fragile and stretchy. Connective tissue is found throughout the body; in between, within and around organs, joints, skin - everywhere!, and as such, people with EDS experience a wide range of symptoms, often affecting their whole body. These include, but are not limited to: joints which dislocate easily, long term pain, chronic fatigue, dizziness, palpitations and digestive disorders. These problems vary in severity from person to person.

There are many ways to help manage the pain caused by EDS and these can be found on the Ehlers-Danlo Support UK website: Ehlers-Danlos Support UK. We have received many emails and messages from people living with EDS saying they find Hotties heat packs a great way to help manage their pain. These emails and messages have caused us to get in touch with Ehlers-Danlos Support UK (EDS UK) to try and do what we can to help this wonderful charity. We hope to continue to work with EDS UK to try and help as many people with the condition as possible.

How can Hotties help people living with EDS?

Hotties heat packs deliver heat to areas of pain, helping to relax spasming and overactive muscles.
