Refund Policy

Your rights under the distance selling regulations:

You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days after the day on which you receive the goods.

The goods must be unused and still in their original packaging. Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to items that have been used or removed from their original packaging.

If you wish to return an item you must have taken good care of the item whilst in your possession. You must notify us of the return by phone or email.

It must be returned unopened and still in its original packaging. We will provide a full refund of product purchase price if the product is undamaged, unused and in its original packaging.

Goodwill Returns Acceptance Policy

Our goodwill returns acceptance policy does not affect your legal rights under Distance Selling Regulations or other consumer legislation.

It is your responsibility to inspect the product before using it for the first time. It is your responsibility to read the safety and usage instructions before first using the product.

If you receive your goods and believe them to faulty (caused in manufacture or in the delivery supply chain), or if you are dissatisfied with the product, you may return it as above under the Distance Selling Regulations for a full refund or replacement, provided the goods are in the same condition in which they were received.

Distance Selling Regulations do not apply once the product has been used in the microwave for the first time.

If the product becomes damaged within the 12-month guarantee period, we will replace it free of charge provided it has not been overheated or subjected to unreasonable treatment.

We may ask for a photograph of the damaged product or for you to return the product for inspection so we can determine the cause of the problem. This helps us and our customers by identifying and correcting quality control issues.
